Return and Refund Policy

So, you've splurged on one of our bad ass chopper e-bikes but have a change of heart? No sweat – we've got your back, but with a few ground rules:

- **Time's Ticking**: You've got a seven-day pit stop (from the day you receive your ride) to decide if it’s the one. After that, it's a firm no-go on returns.

- **Keep it Sealed**: We're all for freedom, but not when it comes to unpacking. To qualify for a return, your e-bike should be as untouched and sealed as it was when it left our station.

- **Shipping Fee Heist**: Decided to send it back? Alright, but there's a $200 getaway fee (a.k.a. shipping fee) we hold back from your refund to cover the ride back.

- **Refund Rollout**: If your return passes the inspection, we'll hit the refund button faster than a quarter-mile drag race. Keep an eye on your payment method for the incoming funds.
